I had a very enjoyable afternoon,learning new foraging skills with the lovely wild cook, Lucy has the ability to make everyone feel welcome , uplifted & included on her course .she's shares lots of intereasting foraging tips,her knowledge in this field of work is very deep.Along with a wonderful sense of humour ,Lucy is a very warm & approachable human being.
We finished the 2 hour course,with a mug of herbal tea & one of Lucys yummy home made cup cakes.
